PROVISION OF REAL ESTATE AGENCY SERVICES
The Public Guardian and Trustee of Manitoba requires the services of real estate agents in order to attempt to sell certain real property holdings in and around the City of Winnipeg owned by clients of the Public Guardian and Trustee. To this end, The Public Guardian and Trustee wishes to enter into separate agreements with two real estate agents operating independently from one another to perform real estate agency services for an anticipated 2 year contract.
